Public Health Live! Webcast on Advance Planning for Independence and Autonomy

The Center for Public Health Continuing Education at the University of Albany, NY, hosts a webcast series called Public Health Live!

The February topic was on Advance Care Planning. The Feb 15th webcast was presented by Dave Hoffman, Director of the Bureau of Community Integration and Alzheimer’s Disease in the Division of Long Term Care at the New York State Department of Health. The Speak Up video “Advance Care Planning - Conversations” was among a number of resources showcased during the webcast. Over 500 professionals attended the webcast, mostly representing the disciplines of nursing, social work, and health education.
