WHO controlled substances policy guidelines translated into Spanish

The ‘WHO Policy Guidelines Ensuring Balance in National Policies on Controlled Substances, Guidance for Availability and Accessibility for Controlled Medicines’ is now available to download in Spanish.

An electronic version in Spanish, as well as the other 14 languages published previously, may be downloaded free of charge on the WHO website.

The WHO Policy Guidelines for Controlled Substances provide guidance on policies and legislation with regards to availability, accessibility, affordability and control of medicines made from substances regulated under the international drug control conventions. 

The guidelines are endorsed by the International Narcotics Control Board. Endorsement by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime has been requested.
